Production Process
At every important manufacturing phase quality control is exercised. All the processes involved are well documented like inward components inspection , In -process production inspection , Finished product testing including type tests. Detailed inspection reports assembly status reports. Test results etc. are maintained in form of files, Log registers, Computer hard copies etc. The items name, Name of the Mfr., Name of the Supplier, Product batch No. of the component, year of manufacture, total components, year of manufacture, total rejected quantities etc. are recorded. All the steps involved in production are recorded date wise. Material despatched details, warranty details , etc. are maintained . When a material is received back from our customer for repairs, the faulty components , repaired carried out etc. are recorded , the backward analysis is carried out to find out/prevent any likely future defects in products already supplied and under manufacture.
