Production :
Complete manufacturing process( Electronic Assembly and mechanical assembly ) is broken up into more than 30 distinct manufacturing phases depending upon processes involved. All the phases are well documented. At each phase corresponding in-process inspection is carried out and then only, the next phase assembly process is taken up. The separate inspection staff is maintained to oversee production process. The staff is trained for this purpose. The various important phases of production are listed :
